DTV Through DTV

My local KTAL-DT15 was operating with only 1500 watts when full-power KTBO-DT15 managed to decode briefly. Local news was running on KTAL, while KTBO (TBN) was carrying the Bishop T.D. Jakes program. Although KTAL and KTBO both are in the same general direction from here, the Oklahoma City stations were very strong that morning.
